Who we are

Check and Launch is built by Avis Williams and is part of Start Build Launch. You can reach us through the contact page.

These terms cover this website, the free self-check, and the Check and Launch app, including the Pro and Agency licences. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.

Guidance, not a guarantee

Check and Launch helps you find common gaps before you launch. It does not scan or test your app, and it does not certify that your app is secure, legally compliant, accessible, or ready for launch. It is not a security audit, penetration test, or legal review. Completing every check does not guarantee a successful or problem-free launch.

Tools such as Lovable, Supabase, and Stripe change their settings and plans often. Where guidance names a setting, check the provider's current documentation if it looks different. You are responsible for the changes you make to your own app.

The free self-check

The self-check is free and runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent or stored. Its results are based only on your own answers, not on any test of your app.

Pro and Agency licences

Pro and Agency are one-time purchases that unlock the full checklist in the Check and Launch app. You receive a licence key by email. There is no account or subscription. A licence covers the version and features described when you buy.

• Pro is for one person. You can use it on as many of your own and your clients' projects as you like, on up to 3 devices.
• Agency is for one business. It adds unlimited client projects and a branded client report, on up to 10 devices.

You may:

• Use the checklist on your own apps and your clients' apps, as often as you like.
• Share your findings, the fixes you recommend, and the reports you create with your clients.
• Paste prompts from Check and Launch into your own AI builder or coding tool.

You may not:

• Share your licence key, or use it beyond its device limit.
• Copy, resell, or publish the checklist content, or large parts of it, in another product, course, template, or checklist.

If a licence key is shared or used against these terms, it may be disabled. If you need more devices or remove one by mistake, get in touch. The content of Check and Launch remains the property of Check and Launch.

Payment

Purchases are handled by Payhip. Prices are shown in US dollars. Any taxes that apply where you live are shown at checkout.

Refunds

• Pro and Agency: if Check and Launch isn't useful to you, get in touch within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Your licence key stops working once the refund is processed.

To ask for a refund, use the contact page and include your order details. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects the legal rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

Our responsibility

We take care to make the guidance accurate and useful. As far as the law allows, Check and Launch is not responsible for losses that result from your app, your launch, or how you use the guidance, and our total responsibility for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you bought apply to that purchase.
